Before any payment is due, you will receive a personal project proposal that outlines your unique project, its deliveries and in-depth information on its completion. Initial payment is due upon client acceptance and signed contract agreement. Remaining payment for any project is due upon the project completion. Once project fees are paid in full, all elements of the project including, graphics, text and all created concepts for that project, will be agreed upon to either a full or a partial relinquishment. If full relinquishment is required, I retain all artistic design rights to display all of the project’s elements as examples of prior work for portfolio and client consideration towards future projects. Final terms and condition agreements will be structured for each individual according to the project and the client’s needs.
